A casa é implantada num terreno onde já existe uma dependência com garagem e uma zona arborizada que se pretende manter e reforçar. O novo edifício, de piso térreo, articula-se com a construção existente e desenvolve-se no terreno em dois braços perpendiculares e de carácter distintos. Num situam-se os espaços sociais e noutro os quartos, ambos com vista para o centro do terreno, onde está localizada a piscina e os espaços verdes tratados. Os sistemas construtivos foram simplificados para que fosse possível uma construção mais rápida e económica.

The house is placed on a plot with a preexisting annex and a garage with a landscaped area intended to be maintained and enriched. The new single-storey building links with the existing building and is developed on the site in two perpendicular arms of different uses. In one are placed the social areas and in the other the private areas, both overlooking the center of the plot, where the swimming pool and green areas are sited. The construction systems were simplified to make it possible to build faster and more economically.
