O conceito surge de uma estrutura existente na natureza: o ninho do pássaro Tecelão de Bico Grosso, que é construído suspenso em caniços à beira da água. Inspirada nesta estrutura, a torre é colocada no alinhamento da Praça dos Trabalhadores.

O volume térreo com cobertura ajardinada dá continuidade ao verde existente e o volume suspenso com a sua estrutura de suporte é assumido como um elemento de excepção na paisagem.

The concept arises from an existing structure in nature: the nest of the Thick Billed Weaver bird, which is built suspended in reeds at the water's edge. Inspired by this structure, the tower is placed in the alignment of the Workers' Square. The ground volume with a green roof gives continuity to the existing garden, and the suspended volume with its supporting structure is assumed as an exceptional element in the landscape.
