A Paragem MetroBus tem como principal característica o facto de o acesso ser controlado à entrada da paragem e não do autocarro. O projecto é pensado de forma sistemática e modular, possibilitando flexibilidade na ampliação ou redução da sua capacidade. A estrutura metálica é assumida como linguagem estética, reduzindo custos em revestimentos. É maximizada a área de visibilidade para o interior através de grelhas perfuradas, tornando a paragem mais exposta e consequentemente mais segura.

The MetroBus’s stop distinctive feature is that it’s access is controlled at the entrance and not on the bus. The project is thought of in a systematic and modular way, allowing flexibility in the enlargement or reduction of its capacity. The steel structure is assumed as aesthetic language, reducing cladding costs. Transparency is maximized exposing the interiors and thus making the Metrobus Stop safer.
