A intervenção, tem como objectivo a transformação de um espaço existente em loja de refeições rápidas tipo Take Away. Pretende-se um espaço funcional e acolhedor que tire partido das características do espaço existente, maximizando o uso do pé-direito elevado e da luz natural.

Na área pública, opta-se por uma articulação ampla das funções, sem compartimentação entre a cozinha, balcão e zona de comer. A “compartimentação” é conseguida através das relações volumétricas e dos materiais usados.

The purpose of the project is to transform an existing retail space into a Take Away fast food store. The aim is for a functional and welcoming space that takes advantage of the features of the existing space, maximizing the use of high ceilings and natural light. In the public area, an inclusive articulation of the functions is preferred, without partitioning the kitchen, the counter and the eating area. Separation of areas is achieved through the volumetric relationships and materials used.
